The reason that I got into essential oils was because I was dealing with intense anxiety.  I was set on finding natural ways to help me deal with it, and tried lots of different things (and lots of different oil companies) before I came across Young Living and the power that their oils can have.  I started with the eleven oils in the Premium Starter kit, and those alone had such a drastic impact on my anxiety that I felt like I had struck gold.  I have been using them for nearly a year now, and they have changed everything for me.  I use them in every area of my life, but my passion for them truly starts with how oils impact our emotions.  I wanted to share some of my favorite roller bottle recipes with you!

10 drops orange
10 drops grapefruit
10 drops lemon
10 drops bergamot

30 drops stress away
15 drops patchouli
15 drops vetiver

Let it Go:

Hope you enjoy these recipes!  I take them with me everywhere I go.

I only recommend making these blends with Young Living Essential Oils, as I cannot attest to the purity of other oil companies.  This post is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure a disease.  If you have a disease or injury, consult a physician.  If you are on medication, do not stop.

I just made the worry eraser today. I had to order more lavandar and I’ve never had patchouli so just got them in the mail today. How often and where do you apply?

I only use it as needed, when I’m headed into an anxiety inducing situation, or when I feel that sense of panic coming on. It’s very potent, so I really only recommend using it sparingly and not as an everyday “fix” for anxiety. I’ll put it on my wrists as needed, or if it is really bad and reaching panic attack level, I will take it in a capsule.

Do you have a recipe to stop flashbacks from complex p.t.s.d. that isn’t armed services related?
